During weaving, natural raw wool may contain small fibres. And over time, these fibres will rise to the surface. Don’t panic, it’s natural. All you need to do is suck them - lightly. Fibre loss is completely normal and natural, and new wool rugs will wear them off as it ages.

It’s bound to happen. When it does, you need to act quickly to prevent drying. Use paper towels to soak up the liquid, and clean it with shampoo. When in doubt, professional dry cleaning services will have your back! The average dry cleaner in the UK will charge you 25 per m2.
