Usually, the item will be dispatched within the same day and will take 5-7 working days to arrive. However, an estimated shipping time for your order will be determined on your checkout page prior to confirming your payment. Our estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order.Â

Once your order has been shipped, we can’t permit any changes. We’re only able to deliver your item(s) to your provided shipping address.
While we love to think every rug we ship out is the perfect one for every customer, we know these things don’t always work out. If it turns out that your rug is less than what you expected, don’t worry--you can send it back!
Nomad33Â is proud to offer shipping on returns within 7 days. However, the shipping expenses will be on the client.

Any purchases must be returned from the original shipping country, must include the original returns form, and the item(s) must be unused and at their original condition — with all NOMAD33 tags attached and undamaged, as well as instruction booklets and related accessories (if any).
Any items, that NOMAD33 deems to be damaged, worn, altered, or soiled will not be accepted and will therefore be sent back to the customer.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
If you’ve been approved for a refund, we’ll credit the purchaser’s original method of payment. We will process your refund as soon as possible, and per our estimations, refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days*.
* Working days are Monday through Friday — excluding public holidays of The United Kingdom.
If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s dispatched.
Please contact us either by telephone as soon as possible, and one of our NOMAD33 customer representatives will advise you and let you know whether or not a cancellation is possible.
Please note that we’re not able to change the size, edit your billing & shipping details, or add pieces of an existing order once it’s placed.
In cases where your order cannot be cancelled, it’ll be processed, and there or subject to being accepted by us. We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
The Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent office in your jurisdiction.
