We ship worldwide.

You’ll be delivered a package, to your home, via FedEx or DHL - within 3-7 working days.

Please note that you have to be within reach either via phone calls, text messages, or email. If you’re not reachable during the period of shipping, the purchased item will be returned to our warehouse. In such a case,additional shipping fees and taxes will be paid by you, the user.

Some items may take more than 10 days in order for them to arrive. However, most items will arrive within the 10 day period.

All rug orders are free of shipping cost - globally. However, it does not include import duties and taxes that may be applicable in your country.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the rug within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process a refund, excluding the original shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
